Arnie Banarnie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 

200 g (1 cup) sliced frozen banana

150 g (1 cup) diced frozen mango

125 ml (1⁄2 cup) RAW C coconut water, plus extra if needed
 
2 tablespoons unflavoured collagen powder

TOPPING

80 g (1⁄2 cup) fresh or frozen blueberries 
1 small banana, sliced into discs

1 passionfruit, pulp and seeds

1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 teaspoon SOUL SEED hemp seeds

Method: 

Place the frozen banana and mango, coconut water and collagen powder in a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until thick, smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl.

Top your energy bowl with the hemp seeds, blueberries, sliced banana, passionfruit pulp and seeds, and cacao nibs. Hasta la vista, baby!
