Chocolate Protein Puddings

This is the ultimate dessert that combines the decadence of a chocolate pudding with the benefits of quality nutrients and high protein.

Ingredients:

2 cups plain Greek yoghurt or plain coconut yoghurt for plant-based
1 cup KEEP IT CLEANER Pumpkin Seed Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup milk of your choice, I will use oat milk
1/2 cup maple syrup, or to taste 

To Serve
Fresh mixed berries 
1/4 cup grated dark chocolate 

Method:

Simply combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until completely smooth, well combined and there are no lumps. 

Adjust ingredients for desired consistency by adding more cacao powder for a thicker richer pudding, or add a splash or two of extra milk, for a smoother, runnier pudding.

Enjoy as is topped with fresh berries, grated dark chocolate, and an optional extra scoop of yogurt if you like. 

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
