4 Ingredient Mood Boosting Choc Banana Bites

Boost your mood whilst saving time in the kitchen with this super simple but incredibly delicious recipe that will have you smiling from ear to ear. 

Ingredients: 

1 cup dark chocolate, melted 
1-2 large bananas, sliced into rounds (same amount of rounds as holes in the ice cube tray 
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 
1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts 

Method:

Pre-chill your silicone ice cube mould so it's super cold before starting. 

Lay out all of your ingredients on your chopping board ready to build your Mood Boosting Banana Snickers Bites.  

Start by filling the base of each ice cube hole with some of the melted choc, top that with a banana round, a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter, a sprinkle of whole peanuts, and finish with another layer of chocolate to fill them right up to the top.

Transfer to the freezer to set for a few hours or until the peanut butter layer is firm. 

Pop them out of the mould once set, allow them to soften for a few minutes then enjoy.
